A few lettuce leaves
2 chicken breasts
2 slices of sandwich bread
8 quail eggs
About 20 cherry tomatoes
6 tablespoons of low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
1 clove of garlic
salt and pepper
PREPARATION : 15min COOKING : 15min
1-One hour before the meal, peel and finely chop the garlic clove. Mix it with the mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, grated parmesan and mustard. This is the Caesar sauce. Strain and leave in the fridge for an hour.
2-Cut the chicken into small slices and grill in a pan without fat. Leave to cool. Set aside.
3-Cut the slices of bread into cubes. Fry them in a pan with a little olive oil for 2 minutes to obtain golden croutons. Leave to cool. Set aside.
4-Cook the quail eggs. Let them cool. Scale them and cut them in half. Set aside.
5-Wash the cherry tomatoes and lettuce. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and tear the lettuce leaves.
6-Arrange the lettuce, chicken, cherry tomatoes, quail eggs and bread crumbs in this order. Then add the Caesar sauce.
