Detoxifying vegetable juice

4 carrots

20 fresh spinach leaves

2 stalks of celery

3 stalks of coriander

1/2 lemon

1.Peel the carrots with a vegetable peeler, wash them and cut them roughly into pieces. Wash the fresh spinach leaves and coriander stalks. Wash the celery stalks and cut them into rough slices. Cut a lemon in half and squeeze out the juice from one half. Set aside.

 

2.Put the carrot pieces, celery, spinach and coriander in a blender. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes on normal power until smooth and homogeneous. Add the lemon juice and blend with a spoon. If you find your detox juice too thick, dilute it with a little water.

 

3.Pour your detox vegetable juice into large glasses and chill for 10 minutes. Serve chilled.

 

TIPS

Drink your detoxifying vegetable juice at breakfast or after a meal, as this will help your body to digest better. Choose vegetable juices especially if you want a juice without sugar
